Hammerhead Dive Club

Hammerhead Dive Club, Virginia Beach’s most active & social dive club!  Hammerheads meet monthly, has a private Facebook group for interaction with other divers, & has frequent dives & activities.

Scuba Explorers and Scuba Squad Club

The LDC Scuba Explorers and Scuba Squad is a monthly dive club with in-pool challenges for our youth divers. Most meetings are usually held on the second and third Sunday of every month respectively. These meetings will keep the Scuba Explorers and Squad up to date with their skills, practice challenges, & provide them with something they can add to their college applications with Eco- & Ocean-Training mixed into the curriculum.

Meeting Info

  • Scuba Explorers meets on the second Sunday of every month
  • 3:00-5:00: 8-11 years old
  • 5:00-7:00: 8-11 years old
  • Scuba Squad meets on the third Sunday of every month (certified divers)
  • 3:30-5:30pm: 10-12 years old
  • 5:30-7:30pm: 13+ years old
