Low Impact Water Exercise Class Now Enrolling!

This low-impact workout is an exciting opportunity to have fun and be motivated. It’s designed to be as challenging as you’d like.

Our class lasts an hour including a warm-up, stretching, strength and cardio exercises, and a cool-down.

These classes are completed in our new facility, with a climate controlled indoor heated pool.

Most exercises will be done in the shallow end. The buoyancy of the water is low-impact, which is good for previous injuries, joint pain, chronic pain, and for everyone.

Our instructors lead an invigorating workout with your exercise goals in mind.
